Service Description
We will spend an hour together in nature, learning and re-programming the nervous system through earthen art, hiking experiences, cooking, movement & breath, etc. This can be 1:1 or the whole family. each session will be personalized to the individual(s) participating. Benefits may include: refined motor skills, improved focus, better absorption of Vitamin D through sunlight, stimulated cognition, improved immune system functioning, neural pathway creation & rewiring, fascial release, increased serotonin & dopamine, reduced cortisol levels, and more.
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule, we require a 24 hour notice. No refunds will be given once service is booked. You will be able to reschedule, or redeem your payment through other UES offerings in the form of workshops, co-op meets, or consulting.
